- Borinquen Paradise upholds safety & ease of experience at the highest standard. In the event that a guest disregards our tour terms and or uses:

- foul language,

- makes sexual statements or actions,

- makes threats,

- desecrates any historical sites or artwork,

- or expresses verbal issue with the tour terms, Borinquen Paradise reserves the right to cancel the tour or experience reservation immediately without a refund.

- All booking refunds are issued up to 72 hours before your booking. All refunds are subject to approval. Please contact us directly to cancel your booking.
